Project overview

Unit 26 M11 Business Link is a new 4000 square foot office building located on a large business park near Stansted Airport and the M11.We were appointed directly by the client, Master Lock, who were moving their UK headquarters to the park. Our brief was a design and build office fit out to suit their requirements.
The CAT B fit out comprised of running new power, data and communications, modifying existing services, partitioning, flooring finishes, decorations and fitting a new kitchen.

Key Objectives

To build accommodation suitable to their occupation to include open plan office for staff, meeting rooms, cellular offices, tea point, product display areas and stores.
The incoming tenant was relocating from another office, so meeting the deadline was imperative.  The project was delivered snag free, and within budget.
