Project overview

20 Ironmonger Lane is a multi-tenanted 5 storey Victorian property. Our brief was to make general improvements to the 3rd floor in order to market the space to prospective tenants. The scope of works included a complete strip out of the kitchen, partitions, ceilings, lighting, floor finishes, fixtures and fittings. The 3rd floor was then refurbished to a CAT A standard. The works were undertaken during specific timeslots to avoid disruption to other tenants. The project was delivered on time, within budget and defect free.

Ket Objectives

A major consideration throughout this project was neighbouring tenants.  Ironmonger Lane is a narrow one-way street.  As such, not only were tenants within the same building considered, but also those in nearby buildings.  Deliveries/collections were made outside of office hours, and always prearranged to ensure the street was kept free from obstruction and unaffected by our works.
