2nd Floor – 8-10 Throgmorton Avenue Is a four-storey property in the heart of the city near Bank and Liverpool Street station. The 2nd floor is 5,000 sq ft of prime office space on a private road. Prospace were commissioned to carry out the CAT A refurbishment so that the space could be put on the market.

Following completion of this project, Prospace are currently refurbishing the buildings reception area.

It was important that works commenced once the previous tenant had vacated and that the works were completed as quickly as possible so that agents could market and let the space. The project was delivered on time and under budget.
