Project overview
Is a high quality, multi-let office building within the heart of the city. With the tenant vacated, Prospace were awarded the contract to strip out the existing tenants fit out and refurbish both floors to a high-quality CAT A standard. The works covered 13,000 square foot over the two floors. Works also comprised of new bespoke front entrance doors and side lights.
Key Objective
It was important that all works were completed as quickly as possible so that the agents could market and let the space. Consideration was also given to the other tenants within the property. The project was delivered on time and under budget.
