Project overview
Comprises of a 5000 square foot warehouse and office accommodation located on an established trading estate in Feltham. The unit had been left empty for some time so our brief was to reinstate to CAT A for re-letting.
The works consisted of external roofing repairs, cladding repairs, stripping out the existing offices and warehouse including plant bases; and new internal roof lining, floor finishes, decorations and refurbishing the existing toilets. A new heating system was installed along with an overhaul and service of warehouse heating. Supplementary warehouse lights were also installed; and the roller shutter was repaired and commissioned
Key Objective
The aim was to enable the client to bring the building to market quickly to attract a tenant. The works proved very successful in achieving this aim and a new tenant was found during the works and moved in on completion. The project was delivered snag free and within budget.
